By inviting the Christmas Tree bot to your discord server you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. You are also responsible for informing the members in your Discord server about these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or adding any version of the Christmas Tree bot to your server.

You are strictly prohibited to use the Christmas Tree bot against the ToS of Discord or for illegal purposes. We are doing our best to prevent these activities, while trying to provide the best user experience as possible. If you find people or communities using the Christmas Tree bot against the ToS of discord or even for illegal activities, please send us an email to the treebot (at) christmas-tree (dot) app.

We (the Christmas Tree Bot) own and retain all rights for public available data (including but not limited to templates). We grant you the permission to use this available data for your own needs, but strictly disallow any commercial use. You therefore shall not sell, license or otherwise commercialize the data except if the permission was expressly granted to you.

Prohibited Activities

• Cheating: Any form of cheating, including but not limited to using bots, scripts, or other automated methods to manipulate interactions with the Christmas Tree bot, is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such activities may result in a permanent ban from using the bot.
• Coin Farming Exploits: Creating new trees solely to farm coins or exploit the bot’s systems is strictly forbidden. Users found engaging in such activities may face penalties, including suspension or permanent banning from the bot.
• Offensive Conduct: Using swear words, hate speech, discriminatory language, or any other offensive terms while interacting with the Christmas Tree bot is not allowed. Violations may result in revoked access or bans.
• Spamming: Excessive use of commands to spam the bot or disrupt its functionality is prohibited. Abuse of the bot’s resources affects the experience for other users and will not be tolerated.
• Exploiting Vulnerabilities: Any attempt to identify, exploit, or share vulnerabilities in the bot’s systems or mechanics is strictly disallowed. Users engaging in such behavior will be permanently banned.
• Impersonation: Users are prohibited from impersonating bot staff, moderators, or developers. Misleading others regarding your association with the bot team will result in penalties.
• Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using the bot or its features for unauthorized commercial purposes, such as selling accounts, coins, or in-game items, is prohibited.

By adhering to these rules, you help maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all users. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans at the discretion of the bot administrators.

• The Christmas Tree bot is provided as-is. There are no guarantees that it will be available in the future, and its purpose or availability may be changed at any time.
• User related data including backups may be deleted at any time.
• User related data including backups is non-transferable between Discord accounts.
• Access to all or specific features of the Christmas Tree bot may be revoked, for all or a specific user, at any time.
